Our Lonely Planet guidebook recommended the Sha Mie Restaurant in Myitkyina so we went there for dinner. These three girls served us chicken briyani, dahl and mango chutney. We were also served salad, but decided to not eat any uncooked vegetables on the trip because of the possibility of upset stomachs. The girls gave Nina the rose in her hair.
