Cape Glossy-Starlings (Lamprotornis nitens) in Kruger National Park. They get their food mainly from the ground and eat butterflies, bees, wasps, locusts and ants. They also eat fruit and seeds and drink nectar. They have one partner for life and build their nest in a tree cavity a few meters above the ground. |
