The dinghy is almost always our method of getting from boat to shore and then back home again. Sometimes we are going to a deserted island with a beach, as in this photo of Steph and Nico in Thailand. This same little boat takes us to towns, carries our groceries, lets us visit other cruisers, and does many other things too. It is invaluable.
