"Arctracer" was on the land for several months. We visited our families and returned to get the boat ready for more cruising. Trinidad has a great carnival and other things to enjoy but on this visit we concentrated on boat work since we saw much of what Trinidad offers in 1996-97. We had a new experience on October 11, 2013 when there was an earthquake centered just 50 miles away that measured 6.4 on the Richter Scale. It vigorously shook all boats on the hardstand but none were damaged.
