We saw six Mountain Zebra outside Etosha when we crossed Grootberg Pass on our way towards the Skeleton Coast. Their markings were different from the Burchell's Zebra and they were in more mountainous terrain. This species was not as numerous in Namibia as the Plains Zebra and we were fortunate to see this group.
