The Giraffe in Namibia are all Giraffa camelopardalis angolensis. The species is also known as the Angolan Giraffe. These are found only in northern Namibia, south-western Zambia, Botswana, and western Zimbabwe. There are estimated to be 20,000 of this species in the wild and about 20 in zoos.
