Nga Hpe Chaung Monastery, now better known to tourists as the "Jumping Cat" monastery, contained several interesting Buddha images, but Jerry was struck by these cobwebs on one image. It was evident that dusting the images was not an everyday activity. Many tourists gathered just inside the entrance of the monastery to watch trained cats jump through hoops. We saw the cats perform just before we left the monastery.
