Honey was sold in 1.5 liter plastic water bottles. Here is a photo of some we transferred to other plastic containers. The honey offered varied considerably in quality, which could be told partly by its color and partly by the number of particles in it. We found the light-colored honey tasted much better than the dark. We used the dark-colored honey only in baking.
