We ate lunch one day at a Beer Garden in Charlotte Amalie. The Puerto Rican waitress spoke little English so we had trouble ordering but did get her to turn off her loud music. We tried the mediocre smoked meats and carrotless cole slaw (beige stuff in glasses.) We ordered peas and rice but it didn't come until the meal was nearly finished. It was a memorable meal but not wonderful.
