After "Noja" was pulled off the reef they dropped anchor slightly upwind and less than a boat length away from our mooring! We immediately told them that it was unsafe and they should reanchor farther away. Most sailors are polite enough to reanchor when neighbors say they are too close. They, however, continued putting out rode, saying they would be all right. This was an appalling display of poor seamanship and bad manners.
