The Cape Town waterfront was a working port in addition to handling large numbers of tourists on the docks. Many yachts, various types of tourist boats, ferries, fishing boats, tugs and large ships all shared the harbor. The huge red (and hopefully temporary) sculpture was created from 4,200 Coca-Cola crates and may encourage recycling of product packaging, including Coke-produced trash.
