In Port Vila we met Geology Professor Maciej Krzeptowski from Poland circumnavigating for the second time on "Maria." In June 2003 we got an email from him saying that he had completed his circumnavigation in Horta. He was planning to translate John Masefield's poem "Sea-Fever" and Jerry's poem "Electric Fever" into Polish for a yachting magazine. We had great times with him in Mele Bay, Efate Island in Vanuatu.
