We often troll a lure on passages, hoping to catch a Mahi-Mahi, also known as "Dorado" or "Dolphin Fish." These inhabit all tropical waters. The males have high foreheads, like this one. We were not confident about this little lure and its single hook, but it did its job. This fish is nearly four feet long so there is plenty of firm, white meat in the fillets. Delicious!
