"Arctracer" was fortunate to be tied between two moorings in the northeastern corner of the harbour. This was more secure and private than stern-to the flexible dock where most other yachts were berthed. We did need to use our dinghy to get ashore and usually tied it to "Meridian." (Thanks to friends Phil and Helen!) The Navy officers which board the yacht outside the harbour are the ones who direct each boat to a berth inside.
