This relief is in the old Thian Hock Keng Chinese temple. The big tiger is positively beaming with love and pride at the tiny cub. The fan-shaped leaves of the tree on the right identify it as a Ginkgo, the national tree of China. These trees may live 2500 years and have long been identified with Chinese religion, medicine and food.
