We saw many of these colorful ducks (Ruddy Shelduck, Tadorna ferruginea) along the upper part of the river. They were sometimes swimming, sometimes flying, and sometimes walking on the shores but they were almost always just out of camera range. This one was caught as it flew through early morning mist.
