Kek Lok Si is a huge Chinese temple complex on a hillside on the outskirts of Penang. During the Chinese New Year celebrations of 2010 it was decorated with over 10,000 lanterns and approximately 230,000 electric lights. The tall pagoda in this photograph is its seven-story "Ten Thousand Buddhas Pagoda" which has Buddha images on every level.
