This is the view from the top of Table Mountain over Cape Town. On this morning the top of Table Mountain was clear but there was a misty haze over the cold Atlantic Ocean beyond the city. Winds often bring moist air towards the mountaintop where cooler temperatures create a mantle of cloud known locally as the "tablecloth."
