By 1997 we had enough experience and confidence to try longer passages offshore. We sailed from Trinidad north, and were ten days offshore from the Bahamas to Massachusetts. In Portsmouth we added some equipment, and then sailed past Bermuda to Barbados, and back to Trinidad before year-end.
