The "No. 1 Lady Travel Agency" had this small office but provided very good service. We used it to arrange a tour on the Chobe River and a trip to Zimbabwe to see Victoria Falls. The name was probably derived from the "No. 1 Lady Detective Agency" fictional books set in Botswana.
