We went to this silk shop as part of a lake tour. We were interested in watching silk weavers at work but they were not doing that when we visited. We did see women making thread from the inside of Lotus stems and saw a weaving of mixed lotus and silk threads on one loom. The weavers were primarily interested in selling silk products to tourists but we were not interested in buying so they were not smiling when we left.
